Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the offshore and energy logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, EPCs, offshore vessel operators, energy companies, and service providers
- Promote integrated logistics solutions, including:
▪ Marine & port agency
▪ Offshore & rig/vessel support
▪ Project cargo management
▪ Supply-base & warehouse coordination
▪ Crew logistics & mobilisation services - Develop tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
- Conduct market research, customer mapping, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with operations and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
- Attend industry events and client meetings to enhance business visibility and networks
- Provide regular commercial updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related disciplines
- 3-7 years' commercial or BD experience in offshore logistics / marine services / oil & gas supply chain
- Established industry network is advantageous
- Good understanding of offshore vessel operations, rig logistics, and energy supply-chain requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to operate independently
- Willing to travel within the region when required
