We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (Cold Call Sales) to join our energetic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by following up on leads and exploring untapped market segments.
  • Conduct customer visits and job site assessments to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotations, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Drive market expansion by introducing new products and applications to new and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent outbound activity and strategic business development efforts.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, sales campaigns, and promotional events to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum "O" level or higher
  • Good communication skill (verbal/written)
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • No experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Mature, well-organized and a good team player
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is a plus.
