Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive continuous growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives, including roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Telecommunication or Consumer Electronics industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, meticulous, and results-driven with good analytical and leadership abilities.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
