We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager (Sales) to join our growing team.
You'll be working with a organic growth digital agency that helps Singapore SMEs grow through web design, SEO, and performance marketing - the same systems powering leading brands.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and pitch digital growth strategies (SEO, AEO, Web Design, Performance Marketing) that meet client goals
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to close new accounts
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline / CRM, ensuring momentum and visibility
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing & creative team to prepare proposals
  • Handle inbound leads and perform strategic outbound outreach when needed
  • Track sales KPIs, revenue forecasts, and contribute to business reviews
  • Represent the company confidently at meetings, events, and industry functions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (digital, creative, or tech industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Web Development) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Driven by numbers and motivated by results
  • Independent, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-changing environments
  • Able to represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
