Job Description:
  • Overrseeeing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - monthly closing for AR, AP
  • Prepare payments (Fast transfer, bank T/T etc)
  • Efficiently monitor bank transactions and record customer receipts/payments in the accounting system
  • Verify invoices and accounts statements AP and AR (SOA) reconciliation
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation statements and control accounts reconciliation of each month end closing
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Educational Qualifications/ Experience:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar role

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Other details:
  • This position is open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, due to current manpower quotas, other residency or work pass status will not be considered.
  • Part-time and Full time (to specify)
  • Able to commence work immediately or short notice
  • Working Location: Opposite MacPherson MRT
