Business Development Representative (BDR)

My client's Sales Development team is made up of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Representatives (SRs). SRs manage inbound leads, while BDRs-the more senior role-focus on outbound lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across Enterprise Accounts.
• Identify, research, and prioritize strategic target accounts within Singapore.
• Prospect and develop "cold accounts" through outreach activities such as cold calling, personalized emails, and social engagement.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business challenges and align solutions accordingly.
• Act as a brand ambassador for my client's products and solutions, promoting the value of the on-demand model.

Requirements

• 1 year of Inside Sales experience within IT, including new business development and outbound prospecting.
• Open for fresh graduates to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong self-motivation.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
