Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Manage the relationship of suppliers to drive improvements in performance.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain accurate sales records
  • Handle seller accounts and support daily operations
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for product updates
  • Prepare presentation materials and business reports
  • Need to coordinate with the overseas branches (India, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia)
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Above 2 years experience in related field
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in skincare, cosmetics, and perfume products
  • Coordinate with Myanmar office. Proficiency in Myanmar language is essential
