Job Description & Requirements
- Assertive and insightful, and possesses strong business acumen that enables him/her to seek out new growth opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of market trends, industry events, competitors and clients' needs in order to pursue growth opportunities.
- Able to respond quickly to improve the effectiveness of current plans to ensure success in a competitive and global market place.
- Spearhead business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities.
- Lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the Education, Consulting, or technology services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex sales cycles.
- Experience in the events, AI, or government tech sectors is a significant advantage.
