Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Handle accounts payable and expense management activities.
- Liaise with suppliers on invoice matters and payment status.
- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals.
- Prepare journal entries and other accounting data entries.
- Verify and process invoices, staff claims, and reimbursements.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end account closing.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with other accounting-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge or experience in accounting or administrative support.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
