Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle accounts payable and expense management activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers on invoice matters and payment status.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals.
  • Prepare journal entries and other accounting data entries.
  • Verify and process invoices, staff claims, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end account closing.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge or experience in accounting or administrative support.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
