Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial cleaning sectors.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals including bid management
  • Maintain up-to-date content for future use.
  • Collaborate with internal department to gather technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Collaborate with the operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with business heads to achieve revenue , sales targets and profits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain good rapport with existing clientele and secure repeat business

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role (preferably in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry).
  • Good understanding of tender management systems.
  • Strong client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
