Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and related documents.
• Coordinate with the assistant, Operations and Workshop Departments, third-party contractors, and customers.
• Ensure timely quotation submission and proper documentation before delivery.
• Liaise with customers to address quotation, requirement, or delivery issues.
• Lead the assistant in updating information, verifying documents, and managing delivery schedules.
• Conduct checks to confirm equipment receipt and report feedback to Operations.
• Investigate customer complaints on transport, documentation, or missing items.
• Review supplier quotations and verify purchase orders before approval.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
• Meticulous and well-organized, with strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle.

Working Hours: 5 days work week

Office Location: Tuas
