Key responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet company objectives.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business and expand existing partnerships.
• Collaborate effectively with international teams and clients, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics and progress towards goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related subject.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales or a related role is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
