Key Responsibilities:
• \tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, including cold calls, client visits, and networking.
• \tBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously expanding the customer base.
• \tManage and grow your own portfolio of clients, leveraging existing relationships to generate new revenue streams.
• \tDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• \tCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• \tPrepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• \tStay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to drive business expansion.

Requirements:
• \tPrior experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) is essential.
• \tProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing an active client portfolio.
• \tPossess a strong hunter mentality, with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
• \tExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• \tHighly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• \tStrong business acumen and ability to understand logistics and supply chain solutions.
