Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an Accounts Executive who is highly motivated and possesses a strong sense of integrity. There are excellent career progression opportunities, including potential promotion upon a successful performance review.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of revenue and preparation of reconciliation schedules
• Handling of supplier invoices, recording into the system, and processing payments
• Managing full sets of accounts for dormant companies
• Providing support in month-end closings
• Reconciling monthly bank statements
• Assisting in ad-hoc administrative and finance assignments when required

Requirements:

Education: LCCI Level 2 or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Independence: Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and collaboratively within a team
High level of integrity
ACCA or CPA holder is a bonus

Start Date: Immediate availability is required.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
