Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Lead Generation: Contribute to identifying prospective clients and developing new business opportunities to expand Kam See Kee's customer base.
• Client Relationship Management: Assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including the preparation of tailored presentations and proposals.

Tasks Involved:

• Prepare and consolidate sales reports for management review.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences to engage with potential clients.
• Assist in planning and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials and content.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Organise and support promotional events and activities.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars and schedules.
• Support social media management, including scheduling and posting content.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality with a strong interest in sales and good business sense.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (professional setting);
• Proficiency in conversational Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage to communicate with stakeholders who are Chinese speaking, as our product range-comprising dried sea cucumber, dried fish maw, dried flower mushroom, dried scallop, and other dried foods-primarily targets Chinese-oriented eateries, restaurants, and families, particularly during festive occasions such as Chinese New Year.
• Knowledge on Dried Food (dried sea cucumber, dried fish maw, dried flower mushroom, dried scallop, and other dried foods) preferred, but not mandatory
• Prior experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
