Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Manager to drive customer conversion through online and offline channels, handle account opening, funding, and trading-related inquiries, and develop local business partnerships in Singapore. You will serve as a key link between the company, clients, and partners, contributing to user growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Conversion & Account Support
  • Acquire potential clients through online (social media, email, live chat) and offline (events, face-to-face meetings) channels, driving account opening and funding conversions.
  • Guide clients through the account opening process, addressing queries on account types, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Resolve client issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and trading with efficient solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client relationships and improve engagement and retention.

2. Local Channel Development & Partnerships
  • Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, financial institutions, and community organizations in Singapore.
  • Develop and execute channel collaboration strategies (e.g., joint promotions, revenue-sharing models) to drive user acquisition.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business negotiations to enhance brand presence.

3. Data Analysis & Optimization
  • Track conversion metrics and partnership performance, generating regular reports.
  • Provide insights to optimize account opening and funding processes based on market feedback.

Requirements

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in client management, sales, or business development within securities/financial services, with knowledge of trading (stocks, derivatives, etc.).
  • Prior experience in Singapore's financial sector or existing local partnerships is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (to engage bilingual clients and partners).
  • Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines) and securities account compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, business development, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and MS Office.
