Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets and clinic expansion goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in aesthetics, healthcare, and wellness sectors.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to position the clinic's services effectively.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
- Prepare business performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic proposals for management.
- Lead, motivate, and train sales consultants to achieve KPIs and ensure excellent client experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or healthcare/aesthetics industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, with high initiative and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus to liaise with diverse clientele.
