Novena / Marine Parade
Working days & Time:
Option 1 - 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, basic $1200 + comm)
Option 2 - 5 days (Tuesday to Saturday, basic $2000 + Comm)
Working timing: 9am-5pm
Salary: Gross $3500 & above (If hit Target)

There will also be an opportunity to join our Management Associate program for selected teaching staff where you will be groomed to take on larger roles and a progressive career track.

Job Description:

• Nurture new enquiries provided by Marketing Team
• Implement structured engagement strategies to drive student retention and generate qualified parent referrals.
• Track and report student performance data; issue regular progress updates to parents through scheduled reports and consultations.
• Deliver curriculum-aligned consultations with parents, presenting programme structure, learning outcomes, and alignment with the Singapore MOE syllabus to support informed enrolment decisions.
• Understand the specific learning challenges and goals of prospective students (P1 to P6) to make recommendations
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly enrolment and revenue targets
• Accurately log and manage sales activities using CRM system
• Fulfil minimum requirements of Teaching classes as part of ongoing training programme
• Provide support and ideas towards business development
• Contribute in team meetings
• Other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events
• Perform all administrative and other duties as assigned

Requirement

• At least Bachelor's Degree
• Familiar with the local Singapore school curriculum
