  • Minimum 5 years of company accounting experience
  • Strong skills in financial record management, account reconciliation, and preparing financial statements
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and payroll processing
  • Liaise with external auditor for preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) preferred and spreadsheets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in accounting
  • Having relevant work experience in the Legal industry will be a plus
  • Able to work nights; early morning shifts also desirable but not required. (aka. able to work US hours)
