What You'll Be Doing:

• Reach out to potential clients: Introduce our services to potential families and individuals.
• Build and maintain relationships: Stay in touch with clients, follow up regularly, and make sure they feel supported and valued.
• Understand client needs: Have conversations to understand what they're looking for and suggest solutions that fit.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team: Work closely with our internal team to ensure client needs are communicated clearly and matched correctly.
• Grow and expand accounts: Identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals and help clients explore additional services.
• Represent the company: Attend meetings, events, or networking sessions to promote our brand and build partnerships.

• You're confident in starting conversations and explaining services clearly.

• You're organised and can manage multiple clients or leads at once.
• You're a good listener and can understand people's needs easily.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client servicing is helpful, but not required, we're happy to train the right person.
