Job Responsibilities
1. Data support & analysis: collect, cleanse and pre-analyze procurement cost data to underpin cost-saving target tracking and optimization initiatives.
2. Process execution & maintenance: process daily purchase orders, archive contracts and maintain system records in strict compliance with defined procurement policies; ensure data accuracy and completeness.
3. Project coordination & support: under the manager's guidance, execute tasks related to global supply-chain capability programs; coordinate cross-functional communications, monitor project timelines and maintain documentation to keep deliverables on schedule.
4. Supplier-management support: gather and organize supplier information, conduct preliminary evaluations, and compile performance metrics to support vendor-relationship management.
5. Internal communication & collaboration: serve as a day-to-day contact point with Finance, Legal and end-user departments; respond promptly and help resolve routine procurement issues.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply-chain or related areas.
3. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible team-player with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
5. Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) to handle English e-mails and documents.
