Industry: Lighting and Automation Systems

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international sales orders from distributors and agents.
• Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoOs, shipping instructions).
• Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Manage pricing, quotations, and sample requests for sales teams.
• Support global trade shows and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with HQ.
• Maintain data for order tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of sales admin / export experience (preferably in electronics, lighting, or technical products).
• Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks systems.
• Experience working with European partners or markets is an advantage.
