As Export Sales Administrator, you'll be the engine behind our international business. You'll manage orders from quote to delivery, support our ASEAN sales partners, and ensure customers receive top-notch service - all while coordinating seamlessly with logistics and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international sales orders from distributors and agents.
- Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, CoOs, shipping instructions).
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Manage pricing, quotations, and sample requests for sales teams.
- Support global trade shows and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with HQ.
- Maintain data for order tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of sales admin / export experience (preferably in electronics, lighting, or technical products).
- Familiarity with Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Quickbooks systems.
- Experience working with European partners or markets is an advantage.
