Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Market Expansion: Develop overseas markets by establishing and growing local distributors and sales channels.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain the overseas channel network, implement partnership strategies and incentive programs.
- Client Management: Manage relationships with key channel clients to ensure stable and long-term cooperation.
- Market Research: Collect market intelligence and competitor information in assigned regions and report to headquarters.
- Sales Support: Assist distributors in achieving sales targets and provide technical training and sale support.
- Exhibitions & Visits: Participate in international trade shows, overseas business visits, and other external activities.
- Contract Negotiation: Take part in business negotiations, contract signing, and the formulation of commercial terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, or other relevant
- Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas channel development
- Fluent in English or Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
- Ability to independently participate in overseas meetings and business discussions;
- Familiar with international B2B trade processes and cross-cultural communication;
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B channel development or key account management;
- Outgoing personality, strong under pressure, excellent negotiation skills, and self-motivated;
- Willingness to travel overseas or work abroad.
