Business Development Manager/Overseas Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Expansion: Develop overseas markets by establishing and growing local distributors and sales channels.
  2. Channel Management: Build and maintain the overseas channel network, implement partnership strategies and incentive programs.
  3. Client Management: Manage relationships with key channel clients to ensure stable and long-term cooperation.
  4. Market Research: Collect market intelligence and competitor information in assigned regions and report to headquarters.
  5. Sales Support: Assist distributors in achieving sales targets and provide technical training and sale support.
  6. Exhibitions & Visits: Participate in international trade shows, overseas business visits, and other external activities.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Take part in business negotiations, contract signing, and the formulation of commercial terms.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, or other relevant
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas channel development
  3. Fluent in English or Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;
  4. Ability to independently participate in overseas meetings and business discussions;
  5. Familiar with international B2B trade processes and cross-cultural communication;
  6. At least 3 years of experience in B2B channel development or key account management;
  7. Outgoing personality, strong under pressure, excellent negotiation skills, and self-motivated;
  8. Willingness to travel overseas or work abroad.
