APEX28 CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.
Resposibility:

• Ensure timely IRAS submissions (IR8A, IR21) and tax clearances.

• Liaise with client on payment

• Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.

• Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.

• Bookkeeping is using quickbooks

• Prepare GST returns, CPF, Tax filings and submission

• Handle general office administrative duties.

• Liaise with Auditors during the yearly audit

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess at least minimum NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in full set of accounts

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Possess positive working attitude with a high level of initiative

• Ability to work to meet deadlines

• 3 days week or Part-Time staff also welcome
