Responsibilities :
  • To assist Accounts Manager on day to day accounting functions.
  • Perform AR duties,invoicing and credit note issuance
  • Timely preparation of Sales reports (monthly basis)
  • Perform AP duties, supplier's invoices, site delivery order and SOA
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Proficient in Xero or abss (myob) is an advantage

Reqirements:

Minimum GCE N/O level

Min. accounting knowledge is required

Able to meet deadlines

Able to communicate in English

Cheerful with good inter-personal and communication skills

Willing to learn and positive working attitude

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
