The world's leading manufacturers of audio products, building the future of audio, is inviting keen individuals to join its expanding team as a Business Development Manager (Pro Audio).

Job Responsibilities:

• Approach and create demand with new End Customers including winning (back) competitive accounts
• Stimulate desire by presenting hardware and software solutions
• Understand project pipeline, needs and opportunities
• Act as primary point of contact to End Customer while developing the relationship and projects
• Develop strong relationship to the relevant stakeholders on End Customer side
• Manage pre-order (forecast), procurement and fulfilment process of project purchase orders.
• Help End Customers with technical advice and solutions
• Bring in TechnicalApplication Engineer of other support functions as needed
• Product training and after sale support
• Document visitation activities, leads, opportunities, and projects in CRM

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in outside business development and/or sales, preferably within the Pro AV or related industry
• Business development management (BDM) experience in Southeast Asia is encouraged and will be an advantage
• Proven ability to demonstrate and sell digital hardware and software solutions
• Proficiency in English Language (written and spoken)
