Key Responsibilities

• Identify new potential business opportunities through market research, networking and cold-calling
• Promote recruitment solutions to corporate clients and handle negotiations of business contracts
• Foster and sustain strong connections with both new and existing clients by understanding their hiring needs
• Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure service quality and placement success

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development
• Prior experience in recruitment industry will be highly advantageous
