Account Executive


YANTRON (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation).
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices; follow up on collections to ensure timely payment.
  • Manage A/P process payments, reconciliation and SOA.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation reports & reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances.
  • Maintain monthly and yearly schedules for management & audit.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
  • Liaise with China HQ for accounts-related matters.
  • Assist in external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to learn, meticulous, proactive, and possess a positive work attitude.
  • Proficient and fluent in both English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking stakeholders)
