1. Post merger integration (PMI)

Reflect and implement the policies of Marubeni Corporation, which became a 60% shareholder of the Marubeni Pharmaceuticals group companies on 31st July 2025, within the group companies of Marubeni Pharmaceuticals Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MPAP)

1) Reform our compliance and corporate governance system and rules in line with the global compliance and corporate governance system and rules of the Marubeni Corporation.

2) Instill the new compliance and corporate governance system and rules throughout the MPAP group.

3) Establish the IT infrastructure and governance system in MPAP group in line with the headquarters' IT policy.

4) Responsible for other PMI-related tasks.

2. Regional Corporate Governance

1) Promote compliance, corporate governance, and legal matters.

2) Support the operation of the company and our group's regional structure as directed by the Managing Director.

3. Business Strategy

Contribute to formulate and optimise the business strategy for the Southeast Asia region that are interlinked with the business strategy of the headquarters in Japan as a member of the Business Strategy & Development (BSD) team of MPAP.

1) Align business strategies in Japan, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia through collaborating with the Business Development team at the headquarters in Japan,

2) Optimise the MPAP group's business strategy through working with the BSD team in other countries within the group.
