Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand the company's presence in Singapore and regional markets.
• Identify new clients, projects, and partnership opportunities in the construction and engineering industries.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by building strong client relationships and managing key accounts.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Prepare proposals, lead contract negotiations, and manage the full business development cycle.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in business development, preferably within steel fabrication, construction, or related engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's construction and infrastructure sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
