Role and Responsibilities
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Reviewing the business strategy/plan of business units under the Regional Chief Executive Office and ensuring that the strategy and plans are in line with AIA Strategy
- Working closely with all Functional Heads at Group level to address/resolve issues for the business units under the Regional Chief Executive Office's jurisdiction
- Preparation of required reporting expected at the Group Exco and responsible for the consolidation of the performance of business units required at Group level
- Review the business plans of the local business units and drive the business review of the financial performance
- Preparation of annual and interim results
- Support the Local Business Units (LBUs) in developing business initiatives that align with the strategic priorities
- Facilitate knowledge sharing amongst the LBUs
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Broad exposure to a combination of finance, marketing, strategy, operations and product knowledge
