The Role

What You'll Do

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across events, exhibitions, and fabrication projects.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with our creative vision and business goals.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, agencies, and partners.
• Lead pitches and presentations that inspire confidence and showcase our capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with our design and project teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Represent Skyy Design Workshop at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.
• Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with a balance of commercial sense and client care.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (experience in events, exhibitions, construction, or creative industries is a big plus).
• A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness paired with a passion for creativity and design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
• Organised, driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
