Mon-Fri | 8.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $2600 -$$3200

Job Scope:

✅ Manage accounts payable & receivable for construction projects

✅ Record and update transactions using QuickBooks

✅ Verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims

✅ Assist with payroll for staff & subcontractors

✅ Track project costs, budgets, and vendor payments

✅ Prepare simple weekly/monthly financial reports

✅ Support month-end & year-end closing

✅ Handle filing, documentation, and other admin finance tasks
