Job Description

• Identify opportunities in existing accounts and expand into new market segments 
• Develop and execute sales strategies and accurate forecasts
• Responsible for entire sales cycle through cold calls, networking and other channels to actively conduct sales presentation, demonstrations and proposals to potential customers 
• Build relationships with new customers and maintain strong connection with existing customers 
• Coordinate with internal departments ( eg, marketing, logistic, technical support and operation ) to provide seamless service to clients 
• Manage the sales process using CRM tools, ensuring follow-through and accountability 
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals 
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
• At least 5 years of experience in sales account management and business development. 
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets
