Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase market share
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor responses accordingly
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to drive client success.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
• Leverage relationships to generate leads and promote Achieve Group's services.
• Represent the company positively in the business community, fostering a positive brand image

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related business discipline(s)
• Proven experience in business development, client management strategies within the recruitment agency industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
