Job Summary

  • Lead growth initiatives in the SDA category.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Expand distribution channels and build strategic relationships with partners, distributors, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in SDA (B2B & B2C).
  • Drive market expansion via partnerships with distributors, retailers (offline & online), and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend competitive strategies.

Channel & Market Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and wholesale partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and product gaps.

Operational & Strategic Planning

  • Coordinate with product development, supply chain, and finance teams for operational readiness.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.
  • Manage pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies to maximize profitability.

Customer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as the main contact for strategic partners and key clients.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support, training, and after-sales service.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with partners.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Preferably experienced in consumer electronics or SDA sector.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of SDA products (e.g., kitchen appliances, personal care devices, home cleaning tools).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Strong network in retail and distribution channels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market intelligence platforms.
