We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts for our growing construction business. You'll be responsible for end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational teams with accurate financial insights.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (GST, tax, audit reports)
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to ensure financial accuracy

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in full set accounting
• Prior experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Singapore tax laws and GST regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
