  • Perform bank reconciliation, claims, petty cash expenses and inter-company

Job Brief: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounting Assistant to support our financial team. The ideal candidate will assist with managing expense reports, processing reimbursements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Scope of Work:
  • Handle full set of accounts and month end closing. Able to handle multiple sets of accounts(ie. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc)
  • Create and update expense reports.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
  • Participate in annual audits/tax filings.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters


Job Experience:
  • Proven work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Familiar with basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Competency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP, QuickBooks).
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
