- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for aviation spare parts, including OEM and used parts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, MRO providers, OEMs, and brokers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their operational and budgetary requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the aviation aftermarket.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand network and brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aviation spare parts sales, business development, or MRO-related roles.
- Strong understanding of OEM vs. used parts market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools is a plus.
