We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to lead initiatives focused on increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) in our financial products among high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and enterprises.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Liquidity Growth -Onboard and engage whales, DAOs, institutional investors, and DeFi protocols, while driving cross-chain integrations and staking partnerships to increase liquidity inflows.
- Strategic Partnerships -Develop alliances with Layer 1/2 networks, liquidity bridges, and DeFi platforms to establish long-term, sustainable liquidity sources.
- Market Influence - Represent HeLa Labs at DeFi summits, building relationships with key liquidity providers and crypto funds.
- Performance Optimization -Regularly monitor and optimize TVL growth strategies, yield models, and liquidity incentives to ensure sustained success and profitability.
- Sales Strategy Execution - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for core offerings, including Trading Solutions (algo systems, order management, market connectivity), Brokerage/CRM platform, and Blockchain & AI-driven fintech solutions, to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in blockchain or cryptocurrency.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales or business development in fintech, IT Solutions, or blockchain industries.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, staking, and liquidity incentives.
- Strong track record of driving investment growth and meeting ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
