Business Development Executive - Indonesia Market

Location: Jurong East (Near MRT Station)
Salary: SGD $3,500 fixed + Variable Bonus
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:15am-5:30pm


Role Overview

You'll be the key driver for business development across Indonesia, promoting both new and existing products, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in Indonesia
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and coordinate lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support
  • Respond to RFQs, follow-up queries, and proposal requests
  • Collaborate with Sales Director and team to retain and grow accounts
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines
  • Prepare monthly PPT updates on Indonesia market developments
  • Travel monthly for client visits and tradeshows
  • Collect and report on vehicle population data as part of market insights

Requirements
  • Diploma holder
  • Open to candidates without prior sales experience-positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
  • Able to travel monthly across Indonesia (Jakarta, Batam, etc.)
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and client-facing skills
