Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding into untapped market segments.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Manage the entire sales cycle - from lead generation and cold outreach to client meetings, solution presentations, and deal closure.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling and consistent engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution and post-sales support.
• Leverage CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and ensure follow-through on all sales actions.
• Prepare compelling proposals, product presentations, and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development roles.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key customer accounts.
• Strong ability to generate leads and identify strategic growth areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience delivering product demos and customer proposals is a plus.
