Primary Purpose and Function

• Responsible of driving and grow tender sales
• Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors / solutions
• To support Company's business planning and development function
• To support product planning & development

Duties and Responsiblities

• Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground
• Supervisor, monitor and review vendors' solution costing and quality
• Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded tenders
• Support AGM's planning works on business and product development
• Understanding of CV market development in competitor products development

Competency Requirement

• Good knowledge in MS Office and tool such as Powerpoint, Excel, Power BI, etc
• Good knowledge of Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for government tender
• Good knowledge of Automotive business (CV preferred) to support & product planning / development

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
• At least 3 years in tender related work
• Involved in business / products development / planning work
