Accounts Assistant


KANEMATSU (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.
We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations.

This is an entry-level role for fresh graduates looking to begin a career in accounting and finance.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare Payment, Receipt & Journal Vouchers

- Ensure payment to suppliers is paid in a timely manner

- Learn our In-House Accounting System

- Data entry recording

- Assist in inventory-related entries

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting documents

- Performing day to day transactions

- Handle bank visits for submission of physical documents.

- Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

- LCCI Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent qualification

- Basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

- Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency

- Fresh/Entry levels candidates are welcome to apply

Others:

Bonus: AWS plus variable

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
