We are seeking a self-motivated, passionate and enthusiastic Regional IT Medical Business Development Manager to expand our business in China.

Business Development Advisor
Job description:
• Build TOFFS' market position and achieve financial growth
• Prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients in China
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities in China by actively seek out new business leads within the healthcare IT space, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other related organizations.
• Market research and analysis by conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas within the healthcare IT market.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
• Strategic planning and contribute to the development and execution of the overall business development strategy for the company's healthcare IT solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress on opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the healthcare IT business segment.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's healthcare IT solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
Position Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience working in healthcare industry. E.g. Hospital, Wellness & Gym center, Healthcare home etc or IT industries and healthcare landscape with specific knowledge of the IT needs of healthcare organizations in China.
• Familiarity with IT technologies and solutions relevant to the healthcare industry.
• An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) in a medical field E.g. Medicine, Nursing will be preferred. International recognised health or nutrition certifications will be an additional bonus.
• Strong command in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing) to communicate with business associates in China and Singapore.
