Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team . You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our products/services in a competitive market. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, target-driven, and possesses a strong understanding of the local business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new business opportunities across Singapore
• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital channels
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g. marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless customer experience
• Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking sessions as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in ( financial and banking products)
• Strong understanding of Singapore's business culture and customer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Financial or a related field preferred
