Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle email and phone call inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Arrange payments, prepare cheques, and perform online transfers using EZ accounting software
  • Assist with monthly payroll
  • Handle MOM related tasks.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Training provided for payroll/accounting software
