Job Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Retail Network Growth: Expand the dealer and retail outlet network for decorative paints, onboarding new partners and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Channel Engagement: Conduct regular visits to dealers, hardware stores, and paint retailers to drive sales, train staff, and introduce new products.
• Consumer Demand Generation: Plan and execute marketing activities such as in-store demos, painter loyalty programs to create pull from end customers.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, retail trends, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
• Sales Target Achievement: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on expanding market share in the decorative paints category.
• Dealer Support: Provide product knowledge, promotional materials, and sales tools to enhance dealer performance.
• Payment & Compliance: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company sales and service policies.
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in decorative paints, building materials, or other consumer durables.
• Proven track record in retail network development and brand promotion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and own vehicle.
• Other Information
• Need to travel island wide
• Basic Salary + Transport reimbursementupto (S$800) + Hand phone reimbursement upto (S$150) + Fuel card (S$450) will be provided
• Bonus and commission as per company policy
• Salary ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 (Negotiable - Depending on work experience and qualifications)
