- Arrange and attend business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Liaise with cryptocurrency industry clients to identify business opportunities and develop the market.
- Identify and target potential high-value clients to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with external partners to build and strengthen relationships for lead generation.
- Work closely with the back-end team to develop service solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with incorporation policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to support business strategies.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with compliance procedures including CDD and KYC.
